Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fees paid. Registrations canceled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 30% refund of the registration fees paid. No refund will be made if registration is canceled in less than 30 days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration.

How To Apply?

To Cancel the registration you need to send us official email regarding the reason of the cancellation along with the attached copy of application form and payment receipt in our official mail id (help.iconeast@gmail.com). If you use other medium the request will not be entitled.
